ITouch InnoPMS is an innovation and project management system that provides an infrastructure for managing economic constraints, increasing project complexity, customer expectations for improved efficiency, new procurement procedures, and sudden changes. InnoSuit Innovation-Focused Mentorship Program Methodology will be applied within the framework of the Innovation Management System. The program consists of 10 main phases that include preliminary evaluation, roadmap creation, launching and communication of the Corporate Innovation System Project, integration of innovation into strategies, and evaluation and revision of innovation studies.
